Amy McAllaster - It’s Not About You

Fellow therapist and longtime friend of Jeff's, Amy McAllaster joins Man Made to talk marriage, relationships, and what it's like receiving therapy as a therapist.

Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology and two Master’s Degrees, one of which is in Marriage and Family Therapy, Amy McAllaster M.A., LPC, is a counselor and psychotherapist with over 20 years of professional clinical experience. In 2001, Amy started her career in a Dallas, Texas crisis center focused on young men and women before expanding her practice to include adults, couples, and families. She now works and lives with her own family in Littleton, Colorado where she founded and leads the private practice, McAllaster & Associates.
